Sink your fangs into a potent concoction of retro metal-inspired riffs and hooky melodic choruses.
Sturgis,
SD (May 7, 2019) –
Loud and fast psychedelic metal quartet Red
Fang will crank the sludgy vibes to eleven from the Wolfman Jack Stage prior to
a headlining performance from Volbeat at the Sturgis Buffalo Chip®
on Friday, Aug. 9. Red Fang has been tearing up venues and
festivals around the world since they released their self-titled debut album in
2009. Since then, the band has toured alongside and shared festival stages with
some of the biggest names in rock music like Disturbed, Godsmack, and many others while developing a
feverish cult following among the underground and psych metal communities. See
the announcement video here: BuffaloChip.com/BANDS.
“Red Fang totally doesn’t suck,” said Daymon Woodruff of the Sturgis Buffalo Chip. “They don’t need hype either. All they need are real earballs in front of them to prove it. They may not have invented ‘off-the-hook’, but if you check out their show, you’ll see they embrace it more than any other band out there.”
Red Fang is a sheer progressive psychedelia force. Fans will have the chance to rage to tunes like “Prehistoric Dog,” “Wires,” “Hank is Dead,” “Flies” and “Blood Like Cream” during their performance.
